A supplement containing 50mg of liposomal 5-ALA in 4 tablets
Using our unique technology, 5-ALA is liposomized and freeze-dried to create a powder, containing 50 mg per 4 tablets. It also contains plenty of sodium ferrous citrate (10 mg of iron per 4 tablets)! Its acid-resistant design means it reaches the intestines without being affected by stomach acid, efficiently transporting nutrients.

How to drink
Take 4 tablets (5ALA 50mg) to 8 tablets (5ALA 100mg) per day with water or lukewarm water.
*If you want to take 50mg per day, one bag containing 120 tablets (1500mg of 5-ALA) is the recommended daily dosage for 30 days. If you want to take 100mg per day, two bags containing 120 tablets each (100mg of 5-ALA) are the recommended daily dosage for 30 days.
