Returns Policy
[Returns due to customer convenience]
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience, such as ordering the wrong item or the item being different from what you expected. Also, due to the nature of the product and hygiene reasons, we cannot resell the product once it has been delivered to you. Therefore, we cannot accept returns regardless of whether the product is opened or unopened, so please be aware of this before making your purchase.
[Unilateral cancellation after shipment, refusal to receive, return due to long-term absence]
In the event of unilateral cancellation after shipment, refusal to receive, or long-term absence, we will charge you a total of 2,420 yen, including round-trip shipping fees (770 yen x 2 one-way = 1,540 yen) and a return handling fee (880 yen).

Please contact us by email within 3 days of the product arrival date (delivery date).
We cannot accept returned items without prior notification.
About defective products
Although we have a thorough inspection system, if you receive a defective product, please contact us as soon as possible. After confirming your order information, we will immediately exchange the product for a good one. Please note that we will cover the shipping costs for product exchanges.
In the unlikely event that the item is out of stock, we will refund the product price to your designated account.
We will only respond if the following items apply:
- Products that have been contacted by email within 3 days of arrival
・If there are scratches, damage, or other defects
We will not be able to accept returns or exchanges if any of the following conditions apply:
- Products for which a contact was made more than 4 days after the product was delivered
・If there are scratches or damage caused by the customer's negligence
Regarding out-of-stock items and items delivered that are different from the order
We have a thorough inspection system in place, but in the unlikely event that the wrong product arrives or an item is missing, we will resend or exchange the correct item according to your order.
We will cover the shipping costs incurred in the event of an exchange or re-shipment.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order before the product arrives, please contact us by email with your order number and the message "cancellation." If the product has already been shipped, we will be unable to cancel your order.
We will not accept cancellations after shipment for any reason, except in cases where the product is defective.
