High cytokine concentrations

What are stem cell supernatant and exosomes?

Stem cell culture supernatant is a secretion produced when stem cells are cultured, and contains cytokines, exosomes, and hundreds of types of growth factors.

What is stem cell supernatant?

The culture fluid remaining after culturing stem cells is centrifuged to remove impurities and then sterilized to create the supernatant.

When stem cells that have passed rigorous screening are cultured in completely serum-free medium, they secrete growth factors (cytokines) and exosomes, which are believed to be effective in regenerating skin and nerves and improving various diseases.

Effects of stem cell supernatant

Nano-sized liposomes, which have the same properties and structure as human cell membranes, are transported from the small intestine into the bloodstream, and when they reach cells, they break through the cell membranes that normally cannot be penetrated, and enter the cells.

Because it has a structure similar to the cell membrane, it has an absorption mechanism that allows it to pass through cell membranes that normally cannot be penetrated and deliver nutrients directly to cells.

It has a high concentration of cytokines and exosomes and a good balance of content, and is produced using technology that allows for the well-balanced dispensing of each cytokine and exosome to stabilize the stem cell supernatant.

The stem cells used as the raw material for stem cell supernatant are not frozen stem cells, but are harvested from donors and cultured within 24 hours. (Frozen stem cells are partially damaged.)

This makes our ultra-high concentration stem cell supernatant the one containing the highest amount of cytokines in the industry.

What are exosomes?

They are extremely small granular vesicles secreted from cells and are one type of substance called "extracellular vesicles."

Its surface contains lipids and proteins derived from cell membranes, and inside it contains important information such as genetic information in the form of messenger RNA (mRNA) and microRNA (miRNA), also known as "nucleic acids," as well as proteins.

One function of exosomes that has attracted attention is that they play an important role in transmitting information between cells.

It is believed that they reflect the characteristics of the cells they originate from, are taken up by other cells, and transmit information between cells, thereby playing a role in various symptoms that occur in our bodies.

Exosomes have the functions of activating cells, healing blood vessels, and suppressing inflammation that occurs in the body. They also regenerate cells by activating damaged or aging cells, and have the effect of skin turnover and anti-aging care. Research is being conducted in many fields on the possibility that administering exosomes will facilitate smooth communication between cells and improve physical disorders. Exosome therapy is a new treatment that is expected to be effective in a wide range of fields, including maintaining health, inhibiting aging, and improving skin beauty.

Effects of exosome therapy

Promotes skin turnover

Exosomes have the effect of promoting and regulating skin turnover, so they can be expected to have a positive effect on skin problems in general. Skin problems such as dry skin are caused by disrupted turnover and a weakened barrier function. Exosomes are thought to have the effect of maintaining healthy, beautiful skin by repairing and improving that function.

Skin turnover
Increases collagen and elastin production

When exosomes are taken up by fibroblasts in the dermis layer of the skin, the cells are activated and collagen and elastin are produced. Increasing collagen and elastin restores the elasticity of the skin, and is effective in improving firmness, luster, and sagging.

Hair regeneration and thinning hair treatment

Exosomes play a role in delivering components that support hair regeneration to the hair roots. They are effective in promoting hair growth and regrowth by differentiating and proliferating hair follicle cells. They also repair damaged hair follicles and scalp, improving the scalp environment and leading to healthy, strong hair.

Anti-inflammatory, immunomodulatory and vascular regeneration effects

Its anti-inflammatory and immune-regulating effects are effective in preventing inflammation and skin problems. It can also be expected to have effects such as blood vessel regeneration and regeneration. When capillaries decrease due to aging, oxygen and nutrients do not reach the skin, which can lead to spots and wrinkles. Its anti-inflammatory and immune-regulating effects are expected to be effective against inflammatory diseases such as atopic dermatitis, and its blood vessel regeneration and regeneration effects lead to healthy skin.
