This product combines two types of Vitamin C: a fast-dissolving immediate-acting type and a slow-dissolving sustained-acting type. Normally, Vitamin C peaks 3 hours after ingestion and then declines, but Natumedica Vitamin C 2000 maintains high blood levels even 5 hours later.
 
● Contains alpha-lipoic acid
Like vitamin C, alpha-lipoic acid is a powerful antioxidant that regenerates used vitamin C. It is also said to aid in the absorption of vitamin C, so combining it with other ingredients can have a synergistic effect.
 
How to eat
 
Take 6 capsules a day with water or lukewarm water.
